1. Account eligibility

This agreement covers your account relationship with LIDU AI LABS when using LiduAI. Supply accurate necessary information, use an email you control and meet the adult eligibility requirement in the Terms. Do not impersonate others, share or resell accounts to evade limits, or falsely represent an organization.

2. Security

Protect passwords, sessions and keys and report suspicious activity. Support will not ask you to post passwords, full payment credentials or API keys in tickets or comments. Responsibility for unauthorized use depends on actual fault and applicable law, not an unconditional transfer of every security risk to you.

3. Before each generation

Confirm lawful provenance and necessary permissions for images, music, lyrics, voices and likenesses. Obtain consent for synthetic portrayals of others and do not imply unauthorized endorsements. Review prompts and settings and understand that results can be random, erroneous or unsuccessful. Do not portray generated media as authentic evidence of events or unaltered statements by real people. Disclose AI generation where law or the publication platform requires it.

4. Publication and commercial use

Review accuracy, rights and suitability before downloading, distributing or commercial use. The platform does not license third-party trademarks, characters, music or likenesses, or guarantee exclusive copyright. Neither free nor paid use automatically grants every third-party permission. Do not remove legally required provenance, rights-management information or synthetic-media labels.

5. Enforcement and closure

Policy breaches may lead to restrictions, with explanations and appeals where feasible. Request account closure or correction and deletion through support; data handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention duties. Termination does not extinguish accrued legal rights, payment disputes or processing necessary to resolve disputes.

6. Relationship to other policies

This agreement supplements the Terms and does not independently authorize charges, data sale, public display of private works or model training. Mandatory law prevails, followed by specifically agreed transaction terms and the Terms of Service. Personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy and legally required specific consent.

Operator: LIDU AI LABS. Existing users can submit general questions or rights requests through support tickets. The full legal entity and registration details, address, applicable jurisdictions, public contact email, privacy email and copyright/DMCA agent details remain to be supplied. Tickets require sign-in and do not replace a public channel for non-users. An effective date will be announced after these items are completed.
