Terms of Service | LiduAI

Terms of Service for the LiduAI generative media platform operated by LIDU AI LABS.

Last updated: 2026-10-27

Local-review draft ยท Not yet effective. Operator: LIDU AI LABS. Complete the contact and jurisdiction details below and verify operational practices before public launch.

1. Operator and scope

LiduAI is operated by LIDU AI LABS and provides image, video, music and voice generation and processing. These Terms govern the service; the User Agreement covers account responsibilities; the Acceptable Use Policy covers conduct; the Copyright and DMCA policies address rights; and the Privacy Policy explains personal data handling. Paid orders are governed by the price and benefits clearly shown at checkout. Mandatory consumer protections prevail.

2. Eligibility and agreement

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter a contract where they live. Organizational users must have authority to act. Registration, purchase and other consent-requiring flows must provide the relevant terms and confirmation opportunity. Reading a policy alone does not consent to extra charges, marketing or model training. The local preview does not replace the consent records needed for a public launch.

3. Inputs, processing and outputs

Prompts, images, audio and likenesses submitted are Inputs; resulting media are Outputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process Inputs, including privacy, likeness, voice, trademark and copyright permissions. Necessary Inputs and parameters may be sent to third-party model services to perform your request, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Generation is probabilistic and may produce errors, similar works, distortions, inaccurate text or unsuitable content. Samples and model names do not guarantee quality, originality, duration or availability. Review results before publishing. Do not rely on Outputs as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or other consequential decisions. Requests may be rejected by model safety controls.

4. Rights and limited license

You retain the rights you legally hold in Inputs. You grant a non-exclusive license limited to processing your request, storing and displaying your works to you, providing support and handling abuse or disputes, including necessary processing by service providers. This is not an ownership transfer or permission to use your works in public marketing. We do not claim rights you legally hold in Outputs merely because you used the service. Commercial use remains subject to feature-specific and applicable third-party terms and rights. Copyright eligibility, exclusivity and non-infringement are not guaranteed.

5. Limits, payment and changes

Free limits, paid credits, subscription periods and expiry must be clearly disclosed. Current creation requests have a daily limit measured in UTC; failures may count against that limit. A counted attempt does not itself mean a payment has been charged. Charging triggers, failure handling and refunds must be disclosed before payment; example plans are not purchased entitlements. See the Refund Policy. Do not bypass limits through multiple accounts or automation.

Maintenance, network issues, model changes or moderation may delay or interrupt service. Changes cannot arbitrarily remove mandatory rights attached to paid services; material paid-service changes require reasonable notice and lawful remedies.

6. Restriction, termination and appeals

For unlawful content, infringement, security threats or policy breaches, proportionate measures may include rejecting tasks, removing or restricting content, or suspending or terminating accounts. Where feasible without compromising safety or investigations, we will explain the reason and offer an appeal channel. Repeat infringers may lose access. Account closure and data requests can be made through support; this version does not promise self-service closure or immediate complete erasure.

7. Risk and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every use. Each party remains responsible as required by law. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where non-excludable, or other mandatory obligations. Users are responsible for their own wrongful uploads and publication, not unlimited unrelated liability.

8. Updates, disputes and contact

Material updates will be brought to your attention through reasonable notice before taking effect, with renewed consent where required, and will not retroactively change completed orders. Governing law, venue and the operator's registered address remain to be confirmed. No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or exclusion of mandatory local protection is imposed here. See the contact status below.
